Today I had to get up and jump right online and tell Mommy something.... HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOMMY! I hope you have a good day today. I won't spill the beans and tell everyone how old you are. Promise. It has been a good 7 2/3 weeks so far Mommy, I hope it keeps getting better.
So, other than Mommy having a birthday today, we have a busy day ahead of us. We have to go to Aunt Becky's house for a lil BBQ. I can't wait to see everyone again. It's kind of a far drive but it gives me time to catch up on my beauty sleep. I will be sure to include pictures from today on the next post. But I have to tell you what I did these past couple of days.
Friday we went to see Uncle JJ play football. We are all so excited because it's his first ever high school football game. And he made A-Team. Way to go Uncle JJ. The game itself wasn't too bad seeing as how we scored on the opening drive. But Denton-Guyer seemed to have our number that night. They scored a quick 29 points in the first half but couldn't do diddly in the second half. Our defense held em off. Thank god!! But all in all we had a good time. Jacqueline got to hold me and didn't seem to really want to put me down for some reason. Someone has got baby fever, watch out Aunt Kathy ;).
But before the football game, Daddy's best friend Nicky T came in town. I have never met Nicky T. But I have heard many horror stories from Mommy and Daddy about how big he is and what not. Sorry Uncle Nick. He claims that he doesn't like babies all that much but once he got his little sausage like fingers on me he melted like butter on a biscuit. And Brandi got a chance to hold me as well. She seemed to think her newly born niece was cute, but she didn't know what cute was until she met me!!!
That was only Friday people... Now, on to Saturday.
Saturday was busy as well. We went shopping a little bit in the morning time to get some stuff for around the house and the hardware store that we went to had a grill demo going on and they were giving away free food. I thought Daddy was gonna have a heart attack. He was going to town on this free food. He said it was all a tease though, and proved it by taking me and Mommy up to Rudy's and gettin some true BBQ. I made a poopie diaper there and that was about it. I don't want to talk about it much because I can't eat there yet, and it makes me mad!!!
After Rudy's we headed over to MiMi's house. She cooked up some Fried shrimp and stuffed shrimp as well. Boy did it smell good in there. Daddy didn't each much though because he got worried about me. I spit up a lot of formula, twice. I think I'm okay though. It made a good excuse to get a free bubble bath from MiMi too. Outside of that it was a good day. Mommy blew out the forest fire we call candles and the grown-ups got to pig out on cake.
